Benjamin van Kessel (Baker & Mckenzie)
Benjamin van Kessel is a partner in the Amsterdam’s IP, Technology and Commercial Contracts department.
Benjamin practices in all fields of intellectual property law, including trademarks, patents, database and copyrights and design rights. He advises international clients on both contentious and non-contentious IP matters, as well as assist them in IP and IT heavy transactional and restructuring work.
Benjamin is further experienced in negotiating and drafting a wide range of (international) commercial contracts, such as distribution, outsourcing, manufacturing and supply chain agreements.

Stephanie de Potter (Baker & Mckenzie)
Stéphanie de Potter is a senior associate in the IPTech Practice Group in the Antwerp office. She joined Baker McKenzie in September 2023.
Stéphanie started her career as a lawyer at a Belgian law firm focused on intellectual property and related practice areas, where she practiced all types of IP disputes and transactions, involving a broad array of industries and technologies.
